Want to collaborate with experts in the field of Surgical Infections?

The SIS Research and Guidelines Committee is seeking high quality multicenter study ideas.

The Committee is particularly interested in high-quality prospective observational and/or retrospective studies led by Junior or Mid-Career Investigators. Small RCT’s are also welcome but please note that there is no funding award associated with this announcement.

Studies addressing the research agenda of the SIS will be given special consideration. (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34357820/)

Industry sponsored or international studies will not be reviewed.

Proposals may be submitted to other organizations and/or funding sources.

Requirement:

• Any selected applicant must plan on having representation at the 2027 Surgical Infection Society’s 46th Annual Meeting.
